Shipping Policy
How it ships
Equipment ships direct from the supplier: the brand that makes it or its distributor. Most orders leave within 1 to 5 business days and arrive 2 to 7 business days after that. Large items such as goals and rebounders can take longer.
Items from different suppliers ship separately. We email you as each package ships, with tracking when the supplier provides it.

Some suppliers always ship free, including Guardian Sports. Checkout shows the exact cost before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to US addresses. Some items also ship to Canada and Mexico; checkout shows whether yours can. Large items can't go to P.O. boxes.
Team store and custom orders
Decorated and team store items are made for your team after the store's order window closes. They ship on the schedule shown in that store.
Problems with a delivery
If a package is late, lost or arrives damaged, email support@secondslide.io within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Returns
You can return unused equipment within 30 days of delivery. Custom and team items are final sale. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Ordering for a team or program
For case quantities or a program's equipment list, email support@secondslide.io with the items and quantities and we'll quote it. Secondslide also outfits programs with uniforms, team stores and registration: book a call at https://secondslide.io/talk or request uniform and apparel quotes at https://catalog.secondslide.io.
Sizing
Sizes come from each brand. Where a brand publishes a size chart, it is on the product page. For help choosing a size, email support@secondslide.io with the product and the athlete's age and usual size.
Certifications (NOCSAE, NFHS, NCAA)
When a product is certified, its product page names the certification as the manufacturer states it, for example "NFHS / NCAA / NOCSAE Certified" on our game lacrosse balls. We don't certify products ourselves, and a product page that names no certification makes no claim of one. Your league or state association decides what it requires.
